Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from Leocadia. If for any reason you're not completely happy, this policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds work.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Returning an Item Because You've Changed Your Mind

If you purchase from us online, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to let us know that you wish to cancel.

Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in a resaleable condition.

  • Where possible, it should be returned in its original packaging.

  • It should be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

To arrange a return, please email kate@leocadia.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Postage

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds will normally be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

Any enhanced delivery services you selected (such as faster delivery options) are not refundable unless required by law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care when packing every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at kate@leocadia.uk.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Photographs of the item and any damage, where possible

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A repair (where appropriate)

  • A full or partial refund

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover any reasonable return postage costs.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Earrings where the hygiene seal or original packaging has been opened or removed.

  • Food and drink items.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Personalised or bespoke items (if offered in the future), unless they are faulty.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Sale Items

Sale and reduced-price items may be returned in accordance with your statutory rights unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Your legal rights are exactly the same whether an item was bought at full price or on sale.

Packaging Your Return

Please ensure returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

If an item is returned to us damaged due to inadequate packaging, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund where permitted by law.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (subject to this policy) and place a new order through our website.

Returning Your Order

Once you've contacted us, we'll provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as this helps us process your refund more quickly.
