Welcome to Leocadia. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "our" and "us" refer to Leocadia. "You" refers to the customer using this website.

2. Using Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of the site.

You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access or engaging in fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if these Terms are breached.

3. Products

We carefully curate our collection and aim to describe every product as accurately as possible.

Please note that:

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
Many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, so slight variations in colour, finish, size or pattern are part of their individual character.
Measurements provided are approximate unless otherwise stated.
Product packaging may occasionally vary from the images shown.

These natural variations are not considered faults.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from Leocadia.

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

If we cannot fulfil your order—for example because an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred—we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund where appropriate.

6. Payment

Payment is taken securely through Shopify and its approved payment providers.

We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods offered during checkout.

We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy periods or where delays occur outside our control.

8. Your Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You have 14 days from the day after receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel.

Once cancelled, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an appropriate remedy, including a repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

10. Returns

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise agreed.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, we will meet our legal obligations and arrange an appropriate solution.

11. Gift Cards

If Leocadia introduces gift cards in the future, additional terms may apply.

Unless required by law, gift cards will not be redeemable for cash or refundable once purchased.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding and product descriptions, belongs to Leocadia or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any rights you have as a consumer.

Subject to this, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

14. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may suspend or withdraw the website temporarily for maintenance, updates or other operational reasons.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in that policy.
