Shipping policy
When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email to let you know we have received your order. When we have shipped your item, you will receive an order dispatch email. We aim to ship items within 72 hours of the order being placed. If you have opted to click & collect, you will receive an email when your item is ready instore.
Click & Collect
We now offer a click & collect service, where you can order your items online and collect them instore. Our Dartmouth store is located at Leocadia, 4 Union Street, Dartmouth, Devon, TQ6 9DP.
To collect your order, please present your order confirmation, or I.D. with the name the order has been placed with. We will hold your items for 2 weeks, if they have not been collected in this time, you will receive a refund and we will reclaim the items.
Where we ship to:
Currently we are offering delivery within the U.K. using Royal Mail.
Delivery time frame and costs:
We aim to ship your items within 1-3 working days from when you place your order. We use Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery service which aims to deliver in 3-5 working days. We are currently offering free U.K. standard delivery for all orders over £45.
How to track your item:
When you receive your order dispatch email, it will contain a tracking number. Enter the tracking number at https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item# and this should tell you when your item should arrive. Where we can we will try and ship multiple items together but sometimes we may need to ship items separately so you will receive separate tracking numbers for these shipments.
