Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Leocadia.

We carefully pack every order and aim to get it to you as quickly as possible. This page explains how our shipping service works.

Where We Deliver

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

At this time we are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the UK.

We also offer free Click & Collect from our Dartmouth store.

Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas or special events, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is likely to be a significant delay, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

We send all orders using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail aims to deliver:

Tracked 48: usually within 2–3 working days
Tracked 24: usually within 1–2 working days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to factors outside our control, including severe weather, industrial action or periods of exceptionally high demand.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

When your parcel has been dispatched, we'll send a shipping confirmation email that includes your Royal Mail tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched, but we can't guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Missed Deliveries

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, they may:

Leave it in a designated safe place (where appropriate)
Leave it with a neighbour
Take it to your local Delivery Office for collection
Attempt another delivery

Please follow the instructions provided by Royal Mail.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, please first check your tracking information.

If you're still concerned, contact us at kate@leocadia.uk and we'll be happy to help.

We'll work with Royal Mail to investigate any parcel that appears to have been lost or significantly delayed.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

Take photographs of the packaging before opening it if possible.
Check the contents as soon as you receive your order.
Contact us promptly if anything has been damaged during transit.

Including photographs helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Multiple Items

If your order contains several items, we'll usually send everything together.

Occasionally, we may dispatch items separately if this allows us to get your order to you more quickly. There will be no additional shipping charge if we do this.

Click & Collect

We offer free Click & Collect from our shop:

If Click & Collect is available for your order, you'll be able to select it during checkout.

We'll send you an email as soon as your order is ready to collect. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the shop.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 1–3 working days, although we'll always let you know if it will take longer.

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your purchase. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please let us know in advance.
